Background
In August 2010, Farsight Investments Limited received draft approval for a plan of subdivision at 1700 Lambs Road. Farsight Investments Limited is seeking a red line amendment to the draft approved plan of subdivision to increase the number of residential lots by six, including four additional single detached dwellings and two additional townhouse dwellings. The proposed other units are in the southwest area of the plan. The red line revisions also include widening of Streets D and E. A zoning by-law amendment is required to accommodate the red line revisions requested.
