The Municipality is seeking public comments before making a decision on applications for a proposed Plan of Subdivision and a change to the Zoning By-law.
Proposal
BV Courtice Partners Ltd. (Trolleybus Urban Developments) has submitted applications for a subdivision and a change to the Zoning By-law to permit 80 units on Courtice Road. The proposal includes 39 street townhouses and 41 townhouses, as well as blocks for greenspace, open space and future development. The site area is 7.45 hectares (19.40 acres).

Appeal requirements
If you do not speak at the public meeting or send your comments or concerns to the Municipality of Clarington before the by-law is passed: a) you will not be entitled to appeal the decision to the Ontario Land Tribunal; and b) you will not be able to participate at a hearing of an appeal before the Ontario Land Tribunal, in the opinion of the Tribunal, there are reasonable grounds to do so.
