Connect, Share, Learn and Be Well
Being a mom can be hard, and at times isolating. It’s not always possible to get out to connect with others. Other times required commitments become a barrier. Our free virtual, monthly mom wellness groups allow moms to attend as available, from wherever you are.
Join for a sense of community, support, and resources.
Each session requires individual pre-registration, as this is not an ongoing group, participants can register for the group meetings that they can make.
Groups are facilitated by Kameela Osman, MSW, RSW, PMH-C (Registered Social Worker | Psychotherapist | Perinatal Mental Health Certified).
