Join us on October 31 at 11 a.m. as Clarington Council and the Royal Canadian Legion (RCL) Branch 178 mark the opening of Clarington’s first Veterans’ Crosswalk. Following the opening ceremony just south of Veterans’ Square (40 Temperance Street) in Bowmanville, Clarington Council will raise the Poppy Flag, kicking off the RCL Poppy Campaign, supporting local veterans.
