On Saturday, November 1 at 8:30 PM, we’re bringing a must-see comedy show to Volt Raceway in Bowmanville. Sandra Battaglini headlines.

Sandra Battaglini is an award winning stand-up comic, actor and writer. She is a two time Canadian Comedy Award winner for her solo show shows, Classy Lady and Hard Headed Woman. She tours the country and appears in NBC Seeso’s flagship web series, The Amazing Gayle Pile, CBS’s In the Dark and Netflix’s In the Shadow of the Moon and CBC’s Communist’s Daughter. She was a semi-finalist in the She Devil Comedy Competition in NYC and and released her first comedy special Take it Ease in 2022. She spearheaded a grassroots movement to have stand-up comedy recognized as an art form and started the Canadian Association of Stand-up Comedians that lobbies for comedian’s rights.

This is a live comedy show — nothing is censored, and nothing is off-limits! The comedians say what they want, and if that ruffles your feathers, well… that’s on you. If you’re easily offended, might be best to stay home and yell at your TV instead—otherwise, buckle up and enjoy the ride!
