Our Free Virutal Mom Wellness Group is a monthly therapist facilitated peer support group. This month's theme is Transitions, Goodbyes & New Seasons
Transitions, Goodbyes & New Seasons, that’s what August often stirs up. While it’s not quite the start of school or major routine changes in Ontario, it is a time when many moms begin preparing for what’s to come. Whether it’s organizing for September, returning to work soon, or simply noticing emotional shifts, this season invites reflection.
This session offers space to slow down, process what’s changing, and hold compassion for whatever you’re carrying, excitement, hesitation, grief, or growth.
Who It’s For:
This group is for any mom navigating change, whether it’s letting go, starting something new, or managing the in-between. You’re not alone in these moments.
A welcoming, therapist-facilitated peer support space. You’ll be guided through reflections, calming practices, and conversation. Sharing is optional. Come exactly as you are. Note the group is not group therapy.
